Attentional Poetics Lab
You are invited—not to a workshop, not to a class, but to an experiment.
The Lab is a playful yet rigorous exploration into how attention shapes reality, feeling, and meaning. It’s a space designed to let you gently rewrite the invisible manual your nervous system has been quietly running since before you could even speak.
We’ll explore:
- How attention shapes emotion and identity in real-time.
- How small shifts in attention lead to profound changes in how we experience our lives.
- How to build your own personalized "attention taxonomy"—a language your body already knows, waiting to be spoken.
What to Expect:
- Six weekly sessions of playful experiments, thoughtful exercises, and personalized discovery.
- A safe space to co-create with others who are curious about deepening their experience of life.
- Tools and rituals that blend poetry, neuroscience, humor, and embodied wisdom.
This isn’t self-help; it’s self-authorship.
This isn’t therapy; it’s attentional poetics.
This isn’t prescriptive; it’s invitational.
Sender’s Respect
